Signup walkthrough

1. Go to www.volcengine.com. The UI is primarily Chinese with some English overlay. Immersive Translate recommended.
2. Register. Chinese phone preferred; some overseas flows accept email verification.
3. Complete enterprise or personal verification (企业认证 / 个人认证). Overseas users typically complete personal verification with passport.
4. Activate Ark and subscribe to Seedance 1.0.
5. API Keys → create.
